• "Had problems booking tickets, had a staff member message me quite late on Facebook to help and managed to get it sorted, excellent customer service."

• "But when I got back to the exit where the Trentham staff were looking after my brolly, it was missing, so went home without my umbrella, can the staff be trusted, I'm not sure."

• "Great family day out, kids enjoy the trails and adventure organised for the public, advise you go for as long as you can as the price can restrict the how many times you visit."
• "Children are well catered for with a fairy trail around the gardens (spot the incredible fairies), adventure playground, maze, barefoot walk, and woodland carvings."
• "The kids park area is also very good and well equipped. It's divided into 2 areas; one for smaller and another for older kids."

• "After paying admission, your ticket allows you to come and go as you please for the day!"
• "Entry tickets are reasonably priced and I feel present good value for money, if investing in a season ticket, you are laughing."
• "Initially I thought the admission fee of £12 per adult a little on the steep side but after a few very good hours discovering the gardens and lakeside/woodland walks I thought it good value for money!"
