Experience and Atmosphere

Pros:

• "The escape room was challenging but we managed with a group of 12 year old to just get out! It was great fun with lots of different types of puzzles."
• "Had a fantastic time today. We completed Armageddon with just minutes to spare. The music and effects towards the end created such a fan atmosphere."

• "The confirmation email could have had more information in it, such as where to find us etc. We managed to walk past the door without noticing it."
• "If you're claustrophobic I would recommend calling up and asking the staff about the room as it may or may not be suitable."
• "The only negatives that I can think of are, some of the padlocks were 'trying' and it's on the second and third floors. Not sure if they had lift access."

Staff and Game Masters

Pros:

• "Our game master Bertie was super friendly during the briefing, and on the ball with the clues knowing exactly when to give us a little nudge in the right direction without feeling too overbearing."
• "Jack was our Game Master and he's amazing at his job. Not only getting into character for the room and giving us helpful nudges and making it more immersive."
• "The staff here are super friendly, and the room was absolutely fantastic."
• "Our host Kristian was amazing and helped the perfect amount."

• "Bertie for being gamesmaster (or whatever the official title is). Gave a few hints without giving away the game and paced it to perfection!"

Challenge and Puzzle Design

Pros:

• "We've done a few escape rooms before (maybe 6 or 7) and this was one of the best. The puzzles were a good level of challenging."

Cons:

• "I was not sure about this as it isn't really my thing but had a very good time. The puzzles were just hard enough and the games masters were great. Quite immersive which may not be suitable for the very young."
• "I loved this, defo NOT a good place to bring your kids. There are 3 rooms, plague, witchcraft and some other one. Yiu have one hour to escape but there are people helping you and giving you hints. Also if you have epilepsy then one room isn't to good for you because ther are some flashing lights."
