Order Accuracy

Pros:

• "The food was as ordered, no errors, and it tasted quite good."
• "My order was wrong but I was not going to go all the way back. I phoned McDonalds to complain and was given a reference number to use on my next visit. Although I had eaten the full meal they replaced my order free of charge. In effect I had two meals for the price of one. What excellent customer service. Well done McDonalds."
