Receptionist Service

Pros:

• "I was looked after by an amazing receptionist who’s name I do not know but had the most pretty eyes she made me feel comfortable which I often do not feel due to my social anxiety."
• "15 min later I received a call and the doctor listened to me carefully and asked all needed info to decide what medication to prescribe me."
• "Unlike other reviews I can say that I had a nice experience both with receptionist and the doctor via phone."

Doctor Service

Pros:

• "Dr. Sawacha always helped me with everything."
• "I have been at that surgery only because of Dr Sriwacha and the manager Rosie."

• "Dr Sawacha is an extremely empathetic, gentle and thorough doctor."
• "Dr Swatcha is one of the greatest doctors I have ever met, i am so happy i found her."

Cons:

• "No face to face appointment."

• "It is a very busy practice so appointments can at times feel rushed although that does not mean I have not been able to discuss what concerned me with my doctor."

Overall Experience

Pros:

• "New patient at surgery. Glad I didn't listen to the reviews as I've only had nice experiences."
• "It takes time to develop trust with doctors and I feel that as a patient we should be more understanding of that and give trust to the process."
