Exhibitions and Attractions

Pros:

• "Spend the morning in this free museum / car showroom and it was really enjoyable. Lots of things to do and see."
• "Great place to mooch around or for activities. They have plenty of cars on display, simulator experiences for kids and adults, a children's area and driving experiences."
• "Love this location. Any excuse to come here for a look around and a coffee and I'm there! Free to enter and look around and if you are a car fan, always something to catch your eye."

Cons:

• "Facilities are clean and tidy. Escalator and lifts to all levels but 1 lift was out of use which posed a bit of a problem when pushchairs want to get in."

• "I’m reviewing as a customer of the service department. Very very expensive compared to other dealerships and they seriously overcharge."
• "Despite having a service plan their charges are ridiculous. £30 to place windscreen wipers on (the wipers costing £40 on top) and £50 just to place the wheels back on the car after changing pads."

• "Good restaurants with plenty of choice but can be a bit expensive."
• "Stopped here for coffee and snack. Really in keeping with Mercedes. Of outstanding merit was Kathryn our cafe lady. Wonderfully welcoming and just so good at making us feel relaxed."

• "There is a small cafe which is nice, but very expensive."
• "Popped in for a voucher, took a while but staff very friendly and got it sorted in the end. Then got a coffee, won't be doing that again. It was poor for a £3.85 coffee."
