• "The service was underwhelming. We were a group of 11 eating and drinking quite a bit. We had reservations for 8pm. We finished our mains and after a pause wanted to order puddings. It was 9:05 and the waitress said that the kitchen closed at 9!"
• "Called in on the off chance for a pint at 5 pm. Told we could only sit outside and someone would be out to take our order. After a not too inconsiderable while a young lady turned up and having spent 10 minutes generally chit chatting to two women finally came to us when catching her attention. Ten minutes later at 5.30 our drinks turned up. Poor show all round I would say and ruined the experience of trying a new craft beer."
