• "Ordered flooring for my kitchen and asked for fitting too, I was quoted £171, they sent someone to measure and the measurements were the same as we had measured, 3 days later we had heard nothing back... in despair I returned to the shop and was told the estimate was now £250, I promptly cancelled the order, there was no way that I could afford that much more."
