"poor service, I call them about 11:30 to pick up my motorbike, first guy was around 17:30, he just look and he call other guy to come to pick up the bike, the drop off was only 3 miles, after that they take the bike to the garage around 22:30, and they keep there 2 days for nothing, just to force you to pay overnight payment, avoid how much you can this terrible services!!!!"
