Online Booking and Arrival Experience

Pros:

• "Was easy to book and reserve online, no waiting on arrival and shown to our table swiftly."

Cons:

• "Although we had booked a table for 7.30 pm we had to wait for 20 mins to get seated as the restaurant was so busy."
• "Booked a table but the place was too busy and they obviously hadn't saved a table for us."
• "Wont be returning waited 40 mins for the table we reserved for 7.30pm then had to order our food stood up then we got seated."

Service and Staff

Pros:

• "Tonight on the other hand absolutely crammed with people massively over booked about 20 waiters that don't have a clue what they are doing."

• "It was so busy, all we could here was the noise of loads of people talking over each other. So the beautiful decor did nothing for the atmosphere or ambience."
