Staff and Service

Pros:

• "Staff is friendly and handled 16 new English heritage members rather quickly!"
• "The lady on the ticket desk was cheery and gave us some basics about what to see and where to go."

• "staff at entrance very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as I am a member of historic Scotland they said it was OK to use that as there is a reciprocal arrangement so I enjoyed the visit, 'Scot free' as they say."
