Karting Experience

Pros:

• "Great karting experience… fast karts (40mph), 2 floors, couple of fast straights and some sharp corners."
• "Karts are quick and fun to drive, track is very interesting and unique."
• "The track layout was amazing, and the two levels made the experience even better! The carts were in good condition."

Cons:

• "Don’t turn up to the family event with child under 16 at least, they put them in kids carts (which are slower) Then and let full grown adults smash into them."
• "It was ok other than the young guys shouting at the young ones which upset my son and now he doesn’t want to return."
• "Decent enough track. Application is really cool. Last visit sucked tho. Second race I was injured so bad I had to call myself out of the race and quit altogether."
• "Good fun. Interesting track with 2 different surfaces. Hard to get a clean lap in with lots of flags and more than one of our groups' kart kept stalling producing more flags and stoppages."
• "The track , technology and equipment are good but the experience and racing experience is very poor. Spent most the time under yellow flag conditions (crawling at walking pace)."
• "Indoor track so dry whatever the weather, nice enough track, however so many red lights during the race that there was less than half the session on green flag."
• "Although the karting itself was enjoyable the second 15min session was a joke. There were 15 drivers on track and due to this the session was completely ruined."

Staff and Customer Service

Pros:

• "At the end of the day they made my ten year old and the others feel special and made the day memorable. All in all great team effort by this lot very happy."

• "Place is great, just never seems enough staff on, and I know they quiet a youthful bunch but some attitudes are a bit off when it comes to customer service, but I do have to say the majority of them are stupendous and welcoming."

• "The staff member then accused me In front of all of the other customers that I had hit her. Which obviously was a lie as 6 witnessed this from our group."
