"I really don’t know how they get away with this. I booked an appointment for my mum to look at Mother of The Bride dress for my upcoming wedding. I had to pay a £25 deposit (for a shop!!) the morning of the appointment, I was contacted by track and trace as a close contact so had to cancel the appointment."
