Escape Room Experience

Pros:

• "Really great mix of puzzles that everyone could get involved in."
• "The rooms were well lit (good for a girl who was partially sighted) and they definitely had enough to do."
• "The staff are friendly, welcoming, and obviously enjoy their work."
• "It was an amazing experience, the puzzles in the escape rooms have been very well thought of and were interesting throughout."
• "Went with my 2 kids (age 7 and 10) and had a fantastic time."
• "It was an engaging escape room with a quirky and cohesive storyline. Puzzles were varied and fun."
• "Would 100% recommend and we will definitely go back to try the other rooms!"

Cons:

• "Originally worried it would be complicated for them, given their age."
• "We originally visited Cluequest probably 5 years ago and were a bit underwhelmed by their old Area 52 room."
• "The reason for the 4 stars is that it is expensive (30 pounds per person on the weekend)."
• "Personally, it’s not been 5 stars or amongst my favourite escape rooms because I feel like it could’ve been themed more with the room and the props."

• "We ran into some problems with a puzzle missing an element that needed GM intervention."
• "There were a few set pieces which weren’t operating correctly, so we had to ignore a section until it was the right time to explore."

• "However, something our groups noticed was they seem to keep leaving the back door unlocked by accident which does kill the atmosphere."

• "It was good fun, but I think, whilst I'm not an expert on escape rooms, it is a bit expensive considering how small the rooms are."

• "The ClueQuest looked esthetically good, I saw it online while I was around the area, thought to check it out as well engage myself with some games, unfortunately I couldn’t play any game as the price was slightly on the high side for me."
