Facilities and Activities

Pros:

• "The Disc Golf course (specifically the main/blue layout) was fun to play; it was well signposted and challenging."
• "Great park! One of the best playgrounds we've been to. Also has a crazy golf course and a pitch and putt which now has a football golf and disc golf option."

• "There is parking from beacon street, lower sandford street, or just walk from town."
• "as the park is in Lichfield town centre, it's quite easy to walk to the shops from there too, as there's lots of signs."

• "Just be careful to pay and display because in one car park the machine is behind the bush."
• "Parking can be mayhem when its a weekend or events in the park."
• "Parking is available nearby but it does get full quite quickly!"
• "Only one disabled parking bay but plenty of spaces."
• "Pathways greatly improved but still not great. Very hard for wheelchairs to use grassways as the cuttings are not cleared and grass kept quite long."

Pros:

• "There are two cafes offering hot drinks, ice cream and snacks."
• "Friendly staff in the cafe and the ladies toilets were in a satisfactory condition."
• "Lakeside Bistro is lovely for lunch or just a coffee and also has a small play area for the kids inside."
• "This is a lovely family park with lovely gardens in the summer and a lovely kiddies park to play on in the winter."

• "Only issue. If want to buy drinks, ice cream etc have to have corrent money as no change given or pay by card."
