Cons:
"Absolutely terrible social distancing in this shop as the Christmas section is packed and you can't move whereas staff should be only letting a certain amount of people in the sections. Also, we asked a member of staff for help he turned his back and started talking then walked away which was so rude I won't be going back here in a hurry."

"The Isles are too narrow in places so it's difficult for customers to feel comfortable with social distancing."
