Pros:

Room Themes and Puzzles

Pros:

• "The puzzles were quite challenging, but achievable with a bit of thought (and some trial and error)."
• "This one was very well balanced, we made it out in 52 minutes with just 1 hint and were told that this was considered to be a very good time."
• "We did 'Extinct' and it was very immersive and interactive."
• "The rooms are well thought out, there are interesting and varied puzzles/challenges to work through."
• "Room was really good with plenty of really good clue and puzzle."

Cons:

• "But some of the equipment was poorly maintained. This meant certain aspects of the experience were in at least two areas impossible to complete without guidance."

Facility and Accessibility

• "One small thing that could be improved upon would be to add some signage at the main entrance of the bowling alley to point out the location of the escape rooms."
• "For anyone unsure you find the booking desk inside Tenpin to the left of the bar."
• "The actual room was accessible for my mum who struggles with her hip and there is a lift up to the room."

• "I was going to book the Alcatraz as well but £100 for 60 mins for something which is not well cared for and impacts on the fun doesn't make me want to return."
• "First; I ask that you fix the Aircon system, propping the exits open did cool it down a tad but we could hear other groups and outside chatter."
• "We accidentally booked the wrong date. They had space and said he would try to waive the £15 reschedule charge. The obnoxious manager put pay to that and failed to justify the charge."
