- "It was too busy, the ques for the bar were ridiculous, only for vodka redbull or larger."
- "It's a beautiful building and staff are usually nice. However, could you add ceiling fans."
- "Lovely venue but the 'seating' is challenging on the buttocks."
- "The thing I was probably most impressed by was how good the security were."
- "Apart from the walk up the stairs, it was a very enjoyable evening."
Sound and Viewing Experience

- "The acoustics are good and there is bench seating on the balcony all round for a great view of the stage."
- "The view from the circle was definitely better than the view from the floor, but the sound is great wherever you are."
- "The acoustics were bad, half the time I could not understand the words spoken and sang."
- "The acoustics are fantastic."
Cons:
- "The sound quality on the floor is really good, but it drops a bit in the balcony."
- "View from the unreserved seats upstairs was super."
- "The balcony area was dangerously busy."
- "The 'smoking terrace' is less of a terrace and more if a cage approximately one meter wide."
- "The balcony where people were trying to move around. Security staff were walking past and ignoring this."
- "Overall, I will give this venue a miss until significant redevelopment of the venue and their event management."
- "Very uncomfortable seats, and I wasn’t seated in the VIP/Center area even though I’d paid for it."
- "One of the best views I've had at any show and had room to dance even though it was a sold out show which was a first for 5"2 me."

- "The staff couldn't do enough for me. 100% perfect for accessibility."
Cons:
- "As if this wasn’t enough I was spoken to in a disgusting manner by a member of your security team."

- "There's a lot of stairs, especially if you need to go from the toilet to the top floor."
- "A fantastic place for concerts the acoustics are great, a great view from all sides."
Cons:
- "They don't provide seats with back support and the toilet is far away from the viewing area."
- "Disabled section is at the very top of a lot of stairs and behind the artists, and the access to the toilet is along a narrow walkway."
- "Saw Swans here most recently, and as always the venue was excellent. Unreserved steps on the balcony that are used as seating."
- "I don't know whether to blacklist this venue in summer or just all together as it's extremely inhumane, and intolerable."
- "The 'smoking terrace' is less of a terrace and more if a cage approximately one meter wide."
- "However, it was unbelievably and uncomfortably hot so they really do need to consider being able to cool the room on a hot day."
- "But all this pales into insignificance when compared to the cloakroom service."
- "It's not the venues fault, I'm sure they can't change much due to the age of the building, but it's better for people to know."
