Security Staff

Pros:

• "We are owners of a caravan on site, Drew; Oli and Kam, were the best security team we have come across, they were all very friendly to chat with."
• "They made everyone feel safe, any little incidents that occurred were dealt with immediately and discretely, they were very professional."

Cons:

• "The location next to Jaywick which is off putting and the constant motor bikes (many without helmets), cars and vans revving to cut through the park is not nice."
• "Drug dealing under the new bridge outside the entertainment venue in full view of cameras and staff, young gangster wannabees cutting through the park wasn't our thing."

Accommodation Quality

Pros:

• "We stayed in a gold plus caravan which was lovely & clean."

Staff Service

• "Not enough bar staff or kitchen staff and had a meal one night and waited an hour."
• "Upon arrival staffs were polite. The food at the restaurant #Terrible sorry but no taste."

• "The caravan was descucting it had not been cleaned the sofas and the floor smelled of urine and had cigarette burns in carpet."
• "The site is completely waterlogged so there is mud everywhere, and you can’t park next to the caravan so you have to traipse all of your luggage from the car park to the caravan, through the mud."
• "This place is unbelievably noisy, parking lots are overcrowded and kept parking away from our home, and needed to walk with our lagguage."
