Instructor Quality

• "Also called up head office on the 0800 number to make them aware and was addressed by a rude lady with no care whatsoever and who couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough and told me to call the police if I was that bothered."
• "The office has rude individuals working for them specially when complaining, a women I spoke to gave a “no right to complain” attitude towards me."
• "I hate to complain honestly... but as an instructor who I am paying £30 an hour I am not satisfied."
• "This place has a reputation known by many, I’m not the type to listen to gossip but can say the gossip was true in the end."

• "A bunch of arrogant puppet I called them to book a lesson for my daughter they referred my daughter to an instructor she was fully booked and the day she has does not suite my daughter I called homers to refer my daughter to a different instructor as they have dozens of instructors in my area they declined telling me to find another driving school a bunch of muppet avoid these clowns."

Learning Experience
