• "We took a train from Hayle instead of driving a car, and the ride was great and fun."

• "Very quaint. Felt like Padstow at times. Extremely busy. Difficult to look around some of the shops at times."

Wildlife and Seagulls

• "Fantastic day. Tide was out when we got there walked across the harbour and had a paddle. Then walked around till tide came in and had a brilliant boat trip seeing seals and dolphins."
• "Loooovvveeee St Ives Harbour. It's October but guess what? All the kids went swimming while the tide was out. Walk down to the St Ives Museum and climb out onto the rocks... There are seals 🦭!!!"

• "Seagulls are still a big issue and you need to take care with children as they will attack, we saw several people today get hit by them."
• "BEWARE the seagulls they have a tendency to drop on your head if you are eating, so you drop your food!"
• "Must visit if you’re in the area but beware of the seagulls! They wait until you’re not looking and dive in for the kill."
