• "We had taken, whisky and waterfall trip from highland tour company, on our way back, the bus just passed in front of the hotel in which we were living, we requested couple of times to Ms Ali, she very rudely refused us and took us to Bus Station, we again took 40 minutes to reach back to our hotel and simply wasted our time."
