"Their timing policy is not realistic... They rush through the story and rush through the debrief. The game master seemed to hate her job, and it kind of ruined the experience."

"I enjoyed the butchers lair room I had completed and decided to book the sherlock room to be done with my friends... However, they refused to compromise and told me 'I hope you understand that if we refunded every player who did not turn up, we would not be open for long.'"
"Staff very rude - we apologies for a 12 minute late arrival due to train signal failure. He didnt greet me at the door instead snide remarks on the lateness - he was rude - he didnt make us feel welcomed, he looked unbothered with his job."
"A dodgy directional lock meant we had the correct answer but spent approx 15 mins of our time trying to figure out a new one - eventually needing a host to come in and open the lock for us, who also clearly had some issues with the lock sticking."
Room Themes and Design

"Sherlock Holmes room - poor production value, a few pieces of furniture and very bare, anachronistic decor. As for the puzzles, almost nothing to do with sherlock Holmes, every one was a number puzzle, find some numbers -> unlock a padlock."
"We've been to a few escape rooms now and this one had a well thought out theme which the clues linked well to but it wasn't enough to do. We were out within half an hour, which felt more like a waste of money than a big achievement."
