Variety and Selection of Food
Pros:
"It has all kind of Asian foods such as Korean, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Singapore etc."
"The options were vast and the food was yummy."
"This place is such a find for anyone missing the buzz of markets and food halls as you travel around Asia. Incredible variety, from dim sum to Sichuan to Vietnamese to Filipino and beyond."
"A very good spot to test your tastebuds! This place reminds of me of when on holiday in Singapore and Bali! A range of mini food halls serving a fusion of Asian and indo-chinese cuisine."
"Great Asian food hall, lots of variety and decor gives good atmosphere."
"One stop shop for Asian cuisines from sushi, bubble tea, curry, bbq to noodles and desserts."
"This place has lot's of seating for dine in's. You can eat lunch here and have a wonderful taste experience which can fill up your day."
"A food court with stalls selling mainly asian food, drinks and deserts."
Cons:
"The char kueh tiaw I had here were not at all delicious, it felt too dry, too hard and no taste at all."
"This is an okay place depending on the size of your gut than the sophistication of your palate."
"Good collection of stalls and definitely feels like you’re in a food court in south east Asia, but the food in general was quite average."
"While definitely enjoyable and a good selection, as someone from East London it's just too far away, the best restaurants here are the ones that are also in Chinatown."
"Great choice of food from loads of different stalls - the variety is amazing and all the stalls we tried were great. However, the queues are short (except for the tiger bubble tea plave near the entrance that has NO sense of urgency)"
"Okay, so despite the variety of cuisine on offer nothing I found was good quality :/ Between us, we sampled food from a few of the concessions and we were disappointed for the most part."
"Hmmm. Bit of a disappointment, TBH. Trekked all the way to Colindale. Lots of choices - Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese. The problem is that the prices are way too high for what they offer - glorified street food; plates with a combination of things for £14 per person!!"
"As expected some of the restaurants get it right and some completely mess up. We've had terrible food here and some really tasty ones. The food hall in itself is great. Good atmosphere and small play area for kids."
Food Quality and Taste
Pros:
"The food quality depends where you go in the food court, we chose Hakka. And it was delicious, but absolutely enormous."
"The Hakka friend chicken was delicious, chicken was crispy and moist. One of the best fried chicken I’ve had so far and beats my local Korean one."
"This place is one of the greatest treasures of London. It is tucked away from the city but very worth it. Portion size of servings are usually for 2 person but priced for just one meal."
"The char kueh tiaw I had here were not at all delicious, it felt too dry, too hard and no taste at all. I said No beansprouts, but it still came with beansprouts."
"Excellent food court. With something for everyone, there is plenty of seating available and a wide variety of delicious Asian food available at affordable prices."
"The place just buzzing, smiling faces everywhere. Sure you are going to have a great time there, remember don't order too much from just one eatery. Because there are many, so you just taste a little bit from each stall."
"This funky food hall is one of my favourite establishments to eat in London. It is my dream to try something at every place in this holy sanctuary, and when you walk in you’ll also get the same vibes if you have the stomach for sumptuous Asian cooking and sizeable sides as I do."
"Busy, bustling food court, modelled on those commonly found in Malaysia and Singapore. Loads to choose from if you like Chinese/Malaysian/Singaporean/Japanese/Indian/Thai."
Cons:
"The char kueh tiaw I had here were not at all delicious, it felt too dry, too hard and no taste at all."
"Bubble tea was horrible, the pearl just taste so horrible. Roast duck was way too salty."
"The char kueh tiaw I had here were not at all delicious, it felt too dry, too hard and no taste at all."
"Aside from the novelty, the food hall was pretty disappointing; I won’t go again."
"The char kueh tiaw I had here were not at all delicious, it felt too dry, too hard and no taste at all."
"The food court was a fun experience but it's doesn't offer great food - or at least not food that's more exotic than the food at my local Chinese restaurant."
"While definitely enjoyable and a good selection, as someone from East London it's just too far away, the best restaurants here are the ones that are also in Chinatown."
"The biggest problem about this place is that the restaurant you want to eat at might be closed when you get there!!! There’s only one halal Korean place and after driving for an hour… it was CLOSED!!"
