Facilities and Cleanliness

Pros:

• "The place has all the facilities, is clean and there’s super professional staff."

• "We’ve done a lot of Escape Rooms, and Escape Hunt didn’t disappoint 👍 We did The Fourth Samurai room which was challenging with only 2 people, but managed to escape (just!) Great place, good challenge, engaging and diverse puzzles with progressive thought in the challenge… We’ll be back! Brillaint experience and mental challenge. Brillaint staff members Xanthe, Sarah, Sophia working to ensure our visit was the best it could be. Would definitely come again. I'm from Sheffield and was visiting family so it's a great activity for us all."

Staff and Customer Service

Pros:

Room Design and Puzzles

• "Alice in Puzzleland was a really well thought through set of rooms with fun puzzles to solve."
• "The samarai game was super fun and immensive. A great deal of puzzles and all of different sorts."
• "Fab time getting out of Wonderland this afternoon - perfect start to the Christmas festivities!"
• "Great experience! Note to the not so competitive people, just say yes when they say should we give you clues just when you ask or if we see you struggling - yes to the second part!"
• "We came in with a party of six today. The game was interesting and kept the kids engaged and running about the room working together trying to work out the riddles which even as an adult had me scratching my head."

• "We completed the Samurai room which was good. The puzzles were ok, I would say size of the room is ideal for 3 people."
• "Our most frustrating part of the game was some of the puzzles not working (such as buttons not working) or waiting for game masters to trigger that we had completed a puzzle."
• "We did the Blackbeard's treasure escape room. It was fun but really tricky. They give you unlimited hints without a time penalty which is good because we wouldn't have managed to complete it without staff help (thanks Sofia)."
