Pros:

Value for Money

Pros:

• "We did both courses and glad we did as both were amazing!"

Cons:

• "It was busy, so we had to queue up outside for 20 mins before we got in."
• "The cocktails were nice however I feel for what they're worth they're a little on the pricey side."
• "One of the workers there made our experience even better than it already was, constantly asking if we needed anything and was very friendly, would definitely come again only for Jamie as he made it so enjoyable"

Customer Service

Pros:

• "Very enjoyable experience, would 100% recommend if you need a break from shopping myself and my friend done 2 courses and it cost us £16 so quite reasonable depends how good you are most courses takes between 35- 45 mins per course"

Cons:

• "Staff need to be educated on the local rules and the website needs to be updated as it is misleading. Myself and my friends came from outside of Birmingham and would not have travelled in if the website didn’t provide us with false information. The whole time I was made to feel that this was my fault."
• "The service wasn't great. Customers stay on their own, and I don't know if it was the time we went (on a Monday, around 6pm) but we didn't feel very well helped by the staff."
• "The staff member came over to explain the rules are we need to separate into two groups and that we should not be waiting until the person in front of us has had their turn before starting our go. Being blamed for the queue behind us as she said 'there's a backlog behind your group'."

• "The good: great early bird offer for 241 on courses, the courses are well thought out and fun to play. Ideal for all ages. Free lockers for coats and bags- definitely use as it gets hot in there. Didn't stop for food but other people happy eating. Free photo booth a great idea. Special mention to Ollie a great team member."
