"Happy hour is a great idea in any venue..BUT WHAT I WOULD SUGGEST as we are not all locals and don't clock watch..if you're standing at the bar at 8.55 and the locals are ordering 6 rounds then wouldn't it be an idea to hand out a voucher to say as you're waiting you'll still get the offer..I was served at 9.01 and charged full price."
