Atmosphere & Environment
Pros:
"We loved the layout, there was plenty of space, a large cafe and an inflatable area on top of the normal ninja warrior obstacles."
"The place is very clean and spacious, with a large coffee area."
"Went here on the weekends to have some quality time with my siblings, had an awesome time."
Cons:
"Freezing cold in cafe area, had to wait for 2 hours for kids."
"Visited today with kids 430 booking, purchased a coffee from cafe and sat in viewing area. Girl behind counter walked off and started talking to her friend 'Hermione'."
"The little ones, under 5's got a tiny bouncy castle to play on. They are not allowed to touch anything else. Staff is very rude, they don't allow you to watch your children."
Facilities & Equipment
Pros:
"There is a lot to attempt, including the warped wall! There is a small inflatable area dedicated for under 5’s, and a large inflatable obstacle course/area too with lots of areas for the big kids/adults!"
"The staff were fantastic, very helpful and great at helping and coaching the children."
"The obstacles have different levels for different abilities."
Cons:
"The most striking thing that bothered me a lot was how dusty the inflatables were."
"Went here for my daughter's 12th birthday. Good fun but daughter found obstacles difficult. My 18-year-old was unable to reach some of the equipment."
"I took my son here to attend a birthday party. I was really impressed how big this place is and how well it caters for children's birthday parties."
Staff & Customer Service
Pros:
"The receptionists are very kind and patient with you. Awesome place."
"The lockers are easy to use and the staff are friendly."
"Great communication and any concerns raised were amended promptly. Party host was great and accommodating and engaged with the children spot on."
Cons:
"There is an overpriced cafe, with the weakest coffee ever known to man."
"Girl behind counter walked off and started talking to her friend 'Hermione' called her back after 5 mins so i could pay and just got a death stare."
"The staff in red were all fantastic - so friendly and great at helping and encouraging the kids going round the course! The staff member in blue (a supervisor?) was miserable and rude."
Value for Money
Pros:
"The prices are fairly reasonable."
"Great place for kids & adults, very clean and spacious. Large coffee area, with my favourite coffee brand Lavazza 😊."
"Brilliant facilities, need to be much better equipped at checking in. Have been as an individual and it was awful, but part of a group was beyond a shambles."
Cons:
"Wouldn’t refund an adult booking when I had to cancel last minute due to a 95-year-old relative being in hospital. Booking policy was emailed like a robot."
"Unfortunately I had to edit my review yes place it is great, but watch out for parking fines!!! Week later after my visit I received parking fine £60."
"The only thing that was disappointing was that we had a group photo taken and the host said it would be posted on social media but the photo isn't there."
