"Worst of all, the venue refused to refund the bride and groom's deposit because of a broken showerhead (which was in the room of a couple in their 80s - seriously, how on earth?) as well as other unproven damages. BE CAREFUL, THIS MIGHT BE A SCAM!!!! This venue appears to charge guests for wear and tear."
