Atmosphere and Experience

Pros:

• "Great fast attendants, but you really need to sort the toilets out. No soap and handling coins that are grubby are all part of it."
• "Ok I don’t expect these sorts of places to be pristine BUT I also don’t expect to be having to move empty cans, hotdog wrappers etc from the machines in order to use them."

Staff and Service

• "Pier staff were really friendly, went when the air show was in and it was pretty busy but never had to wait long in the family bars."
• "Had a weekend in Blackpool with 2 of my Granddaughters. There was plenty to do on the pier. They didn't want to do everything the same but waiting time wasn't long."
• "Very helpful staff asked to change my little boy cos you need a key for the toilet the parson was very happy to stop what he was doing and get a key for me toilets was very clean."
• "The security guys are amazing. Yesterday I couldn't find my daughter 13 on the pier and the 2 guys who dealt with me and the 2 guys with my daughter where amazing at keeping us calm until we were reunited within mins."

Cons:

• "Some staff was showing the same compassion for my daughter as the day b4 but then there was a member of staff who was a right cow had a moan at me as well at the staff member and even started slagging me off to another member of staff in front of me."
• "The rides were fine, and the doughnuts very tasty. Unfortunately the same can't be said for most of the staff, not a smiling face between them."
• "Walzers were great, two of the staff on the walzers were very unhappy, not the best job to be in if you're not willing to put on a brace face face and smile for the paying public."
