  • "The whole thing was over in 20 mins."
  • "It's a bit much to advertise this as a day out when you are booted out in an hour."

  • "Shout out to staff member Kayleigh who was fantastic."
  • "The staff taking part in the attraction were very interactive and happy."

  • "Communication was poor. Very disappointed parent."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "We paid £9 for my nephew and 2 adults with the mid-week discount, so really worth it."

  • "Fabulous experience my 4 year old little girl loved it."
  • "Had a great time today my nephew loved the sensory room and he wouldn’t leave the drums alone."

Cons:

  • "I'm sure the experience is great and wish we had the opportunity to experience it as our little girl was so excited."
  • "If we had paid solely for this attraction, I would be sorely dissatisfied."
  • "I didn't realise this was a Merlin entertainments attraction when I booked - it definitely shows. It's just so bad."
  • "We visited today coming from the lakes where we live and have outdone the local Peter Rabbit. We were excited to come along to this one."
  • "The adult price really needs a rethink here: no doubt adults get something out of the other attractions (SeaLife etc), but the only reason adults are in PR is that they are mandated to get the children in."

Safety and Accessibility

Pros:

  • "Every character has been included. It's not scary. There are toilets for little ones so much thought has been put in."
  • "The play area like the garden was a hit. Small slides, hidden burrows and carrots to climb through."
  • "It was a bit on the noisy side but that's a good thing. Lots of children having a fabulous time."
  • "Only thing that impressed me as a support worker is a disabled toilet with a change bed and hoist which you don’t see in many places."
  • "I am a disabled no-legged full-time wheelchair user, there was space to store your pram while you enjoyed the experience."

Cons:

  • "MAJOR FLAW!!! the garden gate you walk through at the start has a standard garden lift lock on it that doesn’t catch and doesn’t auto close."
  • "The access to the photo printer, the queue was 4 deep on the 2 screens so we gave up."
  • "The actual facilities and amount of things to do was pretty poor for the price."
  • "You will find yourself locked in though if you want to meet Peter, as the ending is a timed event."
  • "I wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t go again, can’t believe the price for adults either!"

  • "On a whole, you're in and out in less than an hour, very disappointing not an attraction I think adults should pay for at all."
  • "Came with my 4 yr old granddaughter Tuesday was extremely disappointed by what was there."
