• "The staff as we entered was amazing. Then we waited for allocated slot. Went to the bar to order drinks. Told someone would come take our order all the time we was there and wouldn't have to go to the bar. 1 staff member asked when we were playing at the halfway point. Said we would order one at the end and he said when you're seated someone would come straight away. We sat and waited 20 minutes and nobody turned up to take our drink order."
