Stadium Atmosphere

Pros:

  • "We went along as neutrals to an Arsenal women's match, and with 59,000 fans we were completely swept up with the atmosphere, becoming Arsenal fans for the day."
  • "The atmosphere at the stadium is indescribable. Fans of the stands are simply mesmerizing."
  • "The energy in this stadium was electric! Despite having nose bleed seats, we still easily saw all the action."
  • "Watched the UCL match arsenal vs Sevilla and it was a godly experience the stadium wait time is not much I entered in 10m with basic tickets the stadium itself is pretty nice and has a lot of facilities."

Cons:

  • "The noise level was generally low but when the home supporters did make some noise it wasn’t too bad. The constant drumming sound was annoying though."
  • "Now nearly 20 years old, Arsenal's ground seems rather out of date compared to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Its design seems to hinder the generation of atmosphere and noise from the home supporters."
  • "The seats were uncomfortable, they weren't like normal football seats it hurt my back so much."

Stadium Tours and Museum

Pros:

  • "Enjoyed this fabulous stadium, love the way that you can take your time with the tour and not have to worry about missing out on anything. There’s also an audio tour as you go along the route."
  • "The museum within the stadium was a treasure trove of Arsenal's history. From historic jerseys and memorabilia to iconic moments in the club's past, it offered a comprehensive look at the rich heritage."
  • "If you have the chance to book the stadium tour, please do. Especially if you're a huge fan. You get your own audio guide and Arsenal earpieces to bring home."

Cons:

  • "Didn’t have enough time for a stadium tour this time, really a shame. Not sure when I will have another chance of visiting."
  • "The audio tour was pretty good. It would have been nicer if it was with a tour guide."

Access and Transport

Pros:

  • "Built in 2006, with a sitting capacity of 60,704 and the fifth largest stadium in England by capacity, this is home to the Arsenal football club. The nearest underground station here would be the Holloway station, which is about six minutes walk to the stadium."

Cons:

  • "Nightmare is going home, though. It's similar to getting home from the London Stadium. Had to get a bus home as I couldn't get into Arsenal tube station."
  • "Expensive food though but good quality. Friendly staff. Overall, would’ve given a 5 but the transport links - particularly after the match - were poor."

Facilities and Services

Pros:

  • "The seats are more comfortable than in most stadiums and the facilities and atmosphere is excellent."
  • "Great stadium. My first football match in England and what a great one. We went for the stadium tour a few days prior to the match. If you like Arsenal you will enjoy the tour with all the history."
  • "The home of Arsenal FC. Really big stadium and it was nice experience to go there. Love the architecture and the display design on the exterior around the stadium."

Cons:

  • "Decent fairly new stadium, good away day experience. Spacious away supporters’ concourse. Decent seat, we were allowed to stand. Good view, fairly close to the pitch."
  • "It's such a big and great stadium even for outdoor visitors. The stadium is surrounded by the Arsenal's history and achievements all around. Almost everything attracts you to take some pictures."
