  • "The Beatles Museum in Liverpool is a must-visit for any fan of the Fab Four."
  • "This tour is a must do. It's affordable, you get to go to all of the important places and then some!"
  • "Absolutely book up & go on this tour! It was brilliant."
  • "Worth every bloody penny and more!"
  • "This tour is definitely a must for the Beatles fans! An incredible experience to see the houses that they have grown up, or the places that they hanged out back in 50's-60's."
  • "An excellent tour."

Cons:

  • "The bus stopped just 2/3 min in each stop, it means that you need to run if you want take a picture."
  • "The tour guide was ok but poor jokes."
  • "Very overpriced for looking at a road sign, two front doors and a pair of replica gates."
  • "Overall for that money I think I could do something else, just waste of time and money."
  • "While there were lots of original memorabilia here, I personally didn’t like how some of the posters were ordered and how cramped some bits felt."
  • "Boring trip, not really substantial information or seen much besides the birth houses of the Beatles members from the outside."
  • "Left with a bittersweet sensation so I wouldn’t recommend it. It felt effortless, mechanic, plastic."

Guide and Staff

Pros:

  • "Our tour guide, Charlie, and driver, Alan, truly made our day great."
  • "The tour guide, bus driver and folks at the desk were so helpful, we were very appreciative of how much they helped us."
  • "Neal was a funny tour guide who knew everything Beatles."
  • "Adrian, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and personable."
  • "Dale’s knowledge of, and passion for the Beatles and Liverpool is clear to see and made the tour very special."
  • "The guide was energetic, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour."
  • "Dennis the bus driver is the real star of it all though. Driving this bus on these roads is an art that he has mastered!"

Cons:

  • "The guide only allowed 2 people in the name of 'they go to the toilet', the rest supposed to enjoy the replica of Strawberry fields."
  • "Some of the information was interesting but not overwhelming as information can be found on the Internet."
  • "Some of the information was very technical and could have been made more accessible to casual fans."
  • "However, I found the audio tour to be a bit too detailed for my liking."
  • "After getting a rather pompous, didactic and directional lecture (we dared approach the bus itself, rather than queue at the bus stop until it arrived) from the Tour guide, things improved when the Tour got underway."
  • "The guide was a likeable guy yet not much approachable when talked to."
  • "The tour guide though very pleasant rambled at times and wasn't always sure of the facts."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "We loved this tour so much! Family pricing and wonderful tour guides!"
  • "Really great value for money (you definitely don’t feel short changed by it) and a unique way to interact with proper Beatles history."
  • "Well worth every penny."
  • "Great value which included free admission to the Cavern Club."
  • "Absolute steal for £20."
  • "For only 20 GBP per person, you get a great 2 hour tour! Definitely a 5 star experience!"
  • "Highly recommend...A fab tour about the Fab Four....value for money 100% worth a ticket to ride!!"

Cons:

  • "This tour is overpriced."
  • "Highly overpriced for what you get."
  • "The tour is overpriced as the ticket also includes the cost of entry to the cavern club."
  • "You pay £16.95 per person and then they have the cheek to ask you for £3 more while you are trapped on the bus for a leaflet which should be free for that price."
  • "For the money you pay, you could at least expect to be able to spend more than 5 minutes at the locations and be able to walk around a bit."
  • "I feel this tour is overpriced for what it is."
  • "One of the worst tours I have ever been."

Accessibility and Accommodation

Pros:

  • "Dale got everyone involved (we were only a small group) he was extremely informative and I honestly can’t believe how much he knew!"
  • "We never felt rushed & had plenty of opportunities to get photos during the 4 stops."
  • "The coach was comfortable (but not all seats offered good legroom for tall people like myself)."
  • "They give you a card with grants you free access to the (paid !!!) Cavern Club since it’s the same company."
  • "Use the ticket for both to have value you for money."

Cons:

  • "The one thing I was disappointed with was not getting the opportunity to get off the bus at John Lennon's house to take some photos."
  • "We didn't even have time to take a picture at Strawberry Fields since we were at the end of the queue."
  • "A visit inside strawberry fields or some other points might have been nice."
  • "unhappy with customer service as I live by one of the places the tour goes to and a male urinated up the side of a home."
  • "Unfortunately me and my boyfriend didn't get to go on this tour due to the tour guide, Neil, who refused us on the couch as we didn't have an exemption card!"
  • "No toilet so make sure to find yourself a restroom before."
  • "My only criticism is that the speakers on the tour bus were awful. We struggled to hear what the guide was saying a lot, partly because the noise from the aircon was so loud."
