Accommodation

Pros:

• "We have stayed in a cabin and Lodge. Both great!"

• "the double bed very difficult to make flat and put back up and when getting into bed keeps going up at the front and back it's like a rocking horse and very low very difficult getting down and up"

Location and Accessibility

Pros:

• "Being close to the A1 & a mainline train station, the location is great."

• "A lovely place to go for a stroll on a Sunday afternoon, or any afternoon of your choice."

• "If you like walking there’s a small walk which goes around the perimeter of the site and around the top two lakes which is always nice."

• "Noisy A road right next to you."
• "Aeroplanes also circle overhead before landing at either Luton or Stansted"
• "The 'bridge' in the name is a four lane highway that links the A1 to M1 and it runs along the south boundary of the site"
• "The site is in great and in good order but (too) close to the motorway in my opinion."

Entertainment and Activities

Pros:

• "On Saturday we watched the Coronation on the big screen and then in the evening we enjoyed: roasting marshmallows, playing bingo, royal quiz and live music."
• "There's a full itinerary of events laid on, clearly a lot of effort put in."
• "The kids daytime entertainment this summer in the form of splat was great and is exactly what a site like this needs and will be a game changer for this site."

• "VERY NOISY. Great if you have kids, but if you want a reasonably quiet time, this is not the place for you."

• "All kids got kicked out about 10:30 so there wouldn’t be much noise."
• "Used to be a fun camp site but not anymore."

Value for Money
