Food Quality

• "Pretty much all pet food companies are very transparent with their ingredients etc. No help or compassion towards my cat."
• "They don't want to take any responsibility. They could just apologise, send us return form and our money back or new fresh batch and it wouldn't be a problem."

They ring me the day it's already with courier say the address doesn't have a building name/number (which I know I provided) then they tell me it will just have to be delivered next day although I said I was away and then they said well it will just perish and nothing they can do."
