Facilities

Pros:

• "The toilet and shower blocks are kept nice and clean and are lovely and warm."

Pros:

• "It is an ideal destination if you’re after a quiet break with very good resources in the area for outdoor activities."

• "At the moment there aren't many places nearby to eat due to Covid however there are two pubs within about 20 minutes drive."
• "No shops around only pub if you want to eat or drink (but I do not recommend)."
• "The area is setup for being out and about so there isn't a lot of facilities, shops, etc."
• "It is out of the way place so don't expect lots of pubs shops etc. Back to nature is a better description."

Connectivity

• "Be prepared to not have phone signal for calls whilst you're there but you can get free WiFi if you're near the guest services building."
• "Good Wi-Fi exists for free near the reception buildings running at 29Mb down and 6Mb up and supports good voice and video calling over the internet (no mobile signal at all)."

• "There is very little mobile coverage and WiFi is only at the wardens hut so you will be offline."

• "Due to wet weather midges and mossies were annoying but burning citronella josticks worked very well to keep them at bay."
