"The market's ability to adapt and cater to changing tastes is truly commendable."
"Spitalfields Market in London is a vibrant blend of history, culture, and commerce."
"The market is super nice it has lots of options for food."
Cons:
"It's not that this place is evil... I just don't like it much. While all of these big markets are basically the same idea, this one particularly feels uninspired and sterile."
"The iconic Spitalfields market - lots of artisan goods and varieties of great food. It's a big melting pot. They surprisingly have most of the big cosmetic/ beauty shops here currently with MAC, Bobbi Brown, Nars, Benefit and Space NK. Lots of vintage clothing here too. If you have the freedom of choice with your time - I recommend you visit here during working hours on weekdays as it does get really busy and the crowds can ruin the atmosphere and experience."
"Most of the stalls are overpriced. Only half of the stall holders are friendly. The others are a bit rude."
"Big indoor market much like any other, it is what is. Some interesting stands in there but nothing that you can't find in any other market. Lots of food choices, smells are amazing. Been there, done it now it's off the bucket list."
Food Options
Pros:
"Very dog friendly inside, so consider this as its lovely day out for a dog owner. There are so many great food stalls to visit."
"The food stalls, in particular, are a gastronomic delight, offering a smorgasbord of flavors that cater to every palate."
"Great place to spend a few hours and grab a bite. Lots of options from all over the globe and vendors selling unique items."
"The market has a variety of food stalls offering cuisines to suit all flavours from around the world, instagrammable pop up shops, and edgy/quirky clothes/gadget stalls offering unique and limited one pieces!"
"The food we had from the pizzeria and Humble Crumble was incredible."
"This market has been transformed into an upscale covered market selling luxury items at great value prices. There is a food court with a huge range of food items."
"Something for everyone, I always walk up from Brick Lane, taking in the wonderful sights and smells along the way, the graffiti wall art, enjoying my surroundings, the architecture of this building is stunning, it huge, with unique, boutique stalls selling everything from handmade products, soaps, clothing, food and drinks, the smells are amazing, its buzzing, and beautiful sculptures dotted around, so much to look at."
"Spitalfields Market in London is a vibrant and diverse destination that offers an exciting blend of unique items, tantalizing food options, and a captivating atmosphere."
Cons:
"Nice market, better and bigger than borough market, many choice of food, today is Saturday, most of them close at 18-19. So if you want street food, you'd better arrive before 17."
"It doesn’t get crowded on weekends though and it’s not always easy to find a place to sit and eat. More expensive than Camden market."
"It can get extremely busy over the weekend. There is hardly any place to walk around and enjoy a meal."
"Prices are way better than the rest of London. I ate the best dumplings of my life they were full of juiciness and flavor, simply amazing!!! I also took a Japanese cuisine eggs, chicken and rice. Chicken was good but the rest ok, nothing especial."
"This place is full of the worst tat in the world. You will find nothing to buy, zero inspiration and dawdling crowds in the midst of discovering this fact."
"The prices can be a bit dearwith an average of £9.50 for a burger or noodles lunch but the you get to taste cuisines from Sri Lanka, SouthEast Asia, Argentina, Japan, India, Lebanon and our local food as well."
"No longer the flea market, bargain stall market it once was. Now a high end market with specialty crafts and foods with high end pricing to go along with it."
"A bit of a tourist trap with some overpriced stalls.A good selection of different products and food stalls but it is cheaper to eat outside of the market."

"A great market with a huge choice of food and various market stalls."
Cons:
"We walked through on a Sunday around 1pm - lunch time. It wasn’t too crowded and the options for food on offer looked delicious, although we didn’t get to eat."
"It is my go to place for a great time, good food and affordable meals. There’s so many choices for types of cuisines, new options coming in every month."
"Spitalfields Market is a covered market with loads of places to try various types of cuisine and shop goodies from local retailers. Very nice and cozy, however a bit crowded considering we went there on a weekday (on Tuesday) at around 1pm."
"I have been here a few times, over the weekends. It is one of the most hip places in London with great eateries and shopping places."
"Whoa! I stumbled onto this market while making my way to the Van Gogh exhibit. It's so lively here. You can find food, jewelry, clothing, cordwainers, and artists of all kinds representing local and far flung corners of the world."
