"It's a very factual display, well laid out and interactive."
"The information on each display is detailed and the quiz helped to extract some of the interesting facts as we went round."
"Life size models of lots of dinosaur's, with lots of information."

"Each dinosaur model had facts and information written near it which were pretty accurate."
"Really well set up, great displays, very educational for those who wish to read all the information as you walk around."
Cons:
"We also felt it looked a bit tired inside, like it needed a fresh coat of paint and a little updating."
"However it is very small and people were falling over each other."
"Was not really blown away by what dinosaurs they had on view here however kids loved it hence the generous score rating."
"I think the place could do with a bit of a refurb or at least a Spring clean."
"It is all in one badly lit dingy room with a terrible crackle to the sound system."
"Place fells cramped and dark."
"Lots of the models and exhibits were flaking or broke."

Cons:

"Staff are very friendly so it's a shame they let too many people in during our visit."
"Honestly, very lack luster."
"Long wait and unjustified price for very average and short attraction."
"Bit overpriced for what you pay."
"The only couple of minor negatives were the steep stairs down to loos, but that is design of the building, and also too dark to read/do activities in some areas."
"No real fossils to see, it's all plastic or fiberglass mockups."
Value for Money
Pros:
"Great value for money, but it does get busy."
"For the low price was good value."
"Reasonable pricing and had a great time."
"This is definitely good value for money!"
"Cost us just over £27 for a family of 4 and can safely say worth every penny."
"Good value for money."
"Excellent value for money."
Cons:
"We thought this place was ok but the price is a little steep for the experience you get."
"It's not cheap though - £28 for 1.5 hours and they do pack you in so any hope of social distancing is out the window."
"Pricing is probably a little high considering we were there less than an hour."
"Expensive for the size of the place."
"Pretty small, but the dinosaurs looked pretty good. Got round in about 30 mins so although the price was low not very good value for money."
"Quite expensive for 30 minutes (if that)."
"Imo incredibly bad value for money for the 30 minutes we were there."
Accessibility

"The pathways around the exhibition can easily accommodate a buggy or pram."
"It is wheelchair accessible for the most of the exhibition."
"Visited as a group of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. We were able to get around the majority of the exhibits despite one of the group using a powered wheelchair."
"A nice day out accessible by train... Perfect as part of a day out in Torquay."
Cons:
"Not the easiest to manage with a push chair."
"It's quite tight to move around though when busy (Especially if you have a pram with you) and gets warm!"
"Quite small and difficult to get around with a buggy toilets down a steep flight of steps so no baby change."
"Anyone with a baby or elderly may find the stairs very steep."
"Needs to be a warning about the massive spiders on the walls as I suffer with arachnophobia."
Interactivity and Engagement
Pros:
"There is also a little interactive room with children books, colouring paper & also fossil rubbing available."
"Lots of models for them to touch and interact and bones to dig from sand."
"Little things like ensuring that the 'fossils' that the kids can discover are covered again between children is an attention to detail that makes a big difference."
"So used to walking in somewhere to be told you cannot touch to find somewhere you can is brilliant."
"The kids loved it and found it interactive... the kids learned a bit."
"Nearly all displays are free to touch and feel so it's a super sensory experience too!"
"Very engaging exhibits that the kids can touch and sit on, not like other places."
Cons:
"However it is very small and people were falling over each other."
"The gruesome displays were round the corner or in little light up boxes."
"It's not cheap though - £28 for 1.5 hours and they do pack you in so any hope of social distancing is out the window."

"Place fells cramped and dark."
"Let's not beat around the bush. This place is just a large room with lots of dinosaur models."
"The only couple of minor negatives were the steep stairs down to loos, but that is design of the building, and also too dark to read/do activities in some areas."
