• "I visited the mall with a disabled friend. Unfortunately, we found access for a wheelchair user to be confusing, as the signage indicating wheelchair access wasn't clear."
• "Only problem was there is only one lift in operation to service 3 floors and our party had 2 wheel chairs."
• "No lift if you want lift have to go to new look this centre is a disgrace could do with second lift can't keep using new look this centre fixed there lift before xmas and now broken can get down from the top floor but can't get back up to top floor."
