Escape Room Experience

Pros:

• "The puzzles were on-point and the layout etc very clever."
• "Me, my mom and sister came in for some family bonding time to play the Misery room. It was so much fun."
• "All had excellent theming, props and puzzles though Star Crew (the newest room) was particularly excellent."
• "The game was well planned out we will be back for another room experience soon."
• "We had a great time at Escape Reality in Glasgow doing the Conspiracy room."

Cons:

• "The game room was not set up properly when we started and as a result of that we were able to make it out in 13mins with only solving one clue."
• "We were given an invalid clue which meant we spent 10 minutes at the end looking for something that didn't exist."
• "Did the Misery room which felt very dated and worn."
• "Only complaint was that the puzzles were too easy - we escaped in just over 30 minutes."

• "They then put us back in the game room to continue playing the game without restarting our timer."
• "The tone that the guy spoke to us was completely disrespectful and probably thought we were teens and could speak to us in that way."
• "One of us accidentally stepped on one of the books on the floor cause they were all over the floor and the guy spoke and said don’t stand on the books in an extremely harsh manner."
