Food Quality

Pros:

  • "Chorizo in red wine is a mind-blowing, highly recommended as it's full of flavour."
  • "Delicious food with reasonable prices."
  • "Really great, authentic tapas in the heart of Ealing. I've always had fantastic tasty meals here."
  • "Special mention to the carnitas taco, spicy and with a great mix of flavours, and the shrimps in garlic which were fresh and perfectly cooked."
  • "Everything here is delectable; the paella is a gorgeous sharing dish that I would strongly recommend!"
  • "Fantastic tapas, so much flavour and very fresh."
  • "The pork cheek was extraordinary good! It was soft and tender, the flavour was perfect with fries on top."

Cons:

  • "The food was nice but the burcetta was not great. Tinned tomatoes were used and not enough garlic."
  • "The squid ink overpowered the paella making it more of a chore than an enjoyable experience."
  • "The only slightly disappointing food was the cauliflower, but this didn't change our view in any manner or form."
  • "The food was very oily and poor quality."
  • "The food was only okay and overpriced for the quantity/quality."
  • "The chorizo in sauce was inedible - tasted like it had been cooking for days and definitely tasted strange of off meat."
  • "The worst paella in London. It’s too salty, undercooked as the rice was hard, poor quality and overpriced."

Service

Pros:

  • "The staff are very attentive and would do anything to make you feel like home."

Cons:

  • "The service was strange with the staff taking 20mins to speak to us after we sat down."
  • "We got charged way way way more than what we were supposed to. The menu is very misleading and contradictory when it comes to prices."
  • "When I ordered Mahou (as listed on the menu), the waitress was totally confused and basically ran away from the table without saying anything."
  • "Not a good customer service when you say over the phone that you don't take booking and we can walk in and when we drive for one hour to have dinner and then you say that you are all booked."
  • "One staff member told us off for not making a booking and doing a walk in which was odd."
  • "But we had poor service where we waited for ages and had to ask to be served."
  • "We were a bit forgotten about, which was a shame."
