• "Needed my sons shoes and shirts thought let's try next which is situated in my local arena park went there saw some nice waste coats and trousers which I needed for my work ended up spending 400£ with them my 9 years old daughter was with me finished shopping paid the bill while coming out somehow alarm beeps all of a sudden a member of staff running behind me she grabed all of the bags from my hands start looking into them my daughter was shocked she thought my dad done something wrong then the staff lady with a weired expression on her face oww you got the receipt here our staff must have forgot to take off one the tags because we start using different tags (heloo) train your staff don't bother your customer no apologies no sorry on the way back thinking and giving answers to my daughter every thing is fine I rather should have went somewhere else over all giving three stars for the management of actual arena park car park will be going back but might not use Next."

Sick of the poor hygiene especially trolleys. Staff are always unavailable, not enough staff in store."
