"They cancelled my appointment twice. Once before I attended because they failed to send me the terms and conditions and today because I was 10 minutes late, I notified them of my late arrival due to the tube strikes but they refused to see me."
"I have no problem with staff, the girl who did my facial was good too, but overall I can’t recommend this procedure. It’s quite a harsh mechanical extraction, I would never go so hard at anyone’s face, it was painful, especially considering I regularly exfoliate and have generally quite a clear skin."
