"Me and my mother took my youngest sibling (who is severely autistic) on the spectrum swimming for a nice day out my brother began to try and go back down a babies water slide and the young lady working was very very rude in the way that she had spoken to myself and my mother at that time and place, she had no understanding of customer service and no thought on my brothers obvious needs."

"The actual pull down baby matts attached to the wall seem to angle at a downward slope, so you are constantly worried your baby will slip off them, they need to be replaced."
