Instructor Quality

Pros:

  • "Instructors were very friendly, helpful and most of all made me confident in myself."

  • "As a former lorry driver forklift driver, my instructor from RideTo was hands down the best instructor I've had."
  • "The instructor displayed no empathy towards my nervousness, despite my explanation that it was my first time riding a motorcycle and I had no prior experience."
  • "The instructor was incredibly rude and by far the most unhelpful, almost bordering racist."
  • "I paid £199 not just for a CBT but for helpful instructors with manners and some sort of mutual respect. This was not what I received."
  • "Main problem, The instructor was horrible. He yelled, made negative remarks and I am very sure broke various traffic rules himself."
  • "Unpleasant experience with RideTo. The instructor sent me home halfway through the training. He was the only one shouting at me and was very intimidating towards me."

Cons:

  • "The instructors were very professional, friendly, and made the training fun and educational."
  • "They made me feel comfortable and safe always willing to talk you through things making sure you understood."
  • "The instructor was very patient and tried to make me easy and taught me step by step until I can make progress."
  • "Instructors fail your training for absolute no reason. Change almost £200 and cancelling your training because apparently 'you didn’t follow the instructions'."
  • "Absolutely these instructors or these company people are very aggressive towards trainers, I would not recommend this nightmare instructors to anyone."
  • "Fantastic online guide through their blogs and step-by-step dashboard. I ordered my Highway code and DVLA theory book which both arrived very quickly."
  • "It's has been amazing! I literally learned how to operate motor vehicle within a day."
  • "AVOID !! I would give a'0' star if I could. No customer service just a small little London room with 2 guys ripping people off adding more money to local instructors prices and taking the commission."

  • "RideTo was able to get me a CBT course within less than a week and had many helpful features to prepare myself."

Cons:

  • "They practically charged what four hours of work of a specialist doctor in England is worth. And without offering the service!"
  • "I recommend taking out CBT insurance as I saved a lot of money by having to use a re-training day."
  • "Literally scammed, paid for the CBT on the date they show available on their website and they have sent message after getting my money that day is not available!"
  • "I booked my CBT through them and paid extra for the “peace of mind policy” however, I did not pass."
  • "This is a fraud company, stay away, they charge your card for the course and then they say it is not available and you ask refund but you have to wait 10 days to get your money back."
  • "Avoid, especially if you are a novel learner because they seem to only cater to provisioned people. Also whatever you do, don't get the piece of mind policy."
  • "I booked my CBT Test with Ride to at there Edgware Branch,It was very very bad experience, It was totally waste of Money and time."
  • "They got no customer service, alot marketing but the Critical information about booking you can’t properly see them."
