• "We had to cancel our contract due to the fact that PetAir couldn't fulfill the dates and even though I felt it was their fault for the cancellation, they still charged me."

• "We had a sad experience. Our cat's nose got badly injured inside their facilities. When we asked what had happened, they first downplayed it, then acknowledged the wound saying that some pets incur in self-harm while in a cage."
