Shopping Experience
Pros:
"Great shopping centre, with plenty of free parking with no time limit."
"Great shopping centre. Lots of stores to shop in. Very clean and free public bathrooms."
"Good lot of shops, first time we'd been and as it was first week of the New Year it was nice and quiet."
"The range of shops was great everything we (well Mrs B) wanted."
"Great little shopping centre with free parking and lots of stores and a retail park in close proximity."
"Nice and clean. All shops well presented."
"Great shopping experience loads of varied stores all under one roof."
Cons:
"Parking was okay lots of spaces but so much queueing to get one and the multi storey had a gang of kids on bikes riding round in and out the traffic which was a bit dangerous."
"The parking here can be a nightmare though so don't go on busy days if you don't like circling car parks endlessly waiting for someone to make room."
"Parking here is an absolute nightmare - granted, we turned up on a Saturday but with all parking being on one level, we ended up driving around for 15 minutes just to find a space."
"There are now lots of empty shops, and I now try and avoid this place as much as possible."
"The only bad thing is how horrendously the car park is laid out."
"Only issues is food hall seems dirty and not well spaced."
"Parking however is difficult to secure."
Cleanliness and Facilities
Pros:
"Lovely clean shopping center."
"There are even cleaners regularly visiting the toilets keeping them clean!"
"Excellent shopping centre, super clean toilets, they were displaying an award for cleanliness which they fully deserve."
"Toilets are clean, lots of security visible."
"Plus the whole place was spotless."
"Big and clean place with a good selection of shops and loads of parking."
"The toilets have had a revamp as well, lovely, clean, and modern."
Cons:
"It's so sad how many empty shops there are but it felt very safe...lots of hand sanitizer everywhere!!"
"The toilets smell lovely from the outside, but they are absolutely disgusting inside."
"On busy periods they are absolutely trashed by scruffy idiotic kids and the cleaning regime seems a little lax."
"Food hall area looked like a bomb had gone off in there, tables were left in a state and waiting to be cleared."
"Like most malls now... looking a little sad with quite a few store closures and boarded up fronts."
"Parking is a joke. Stuck on one carpark by cinema for nearly an hour."
"Food court can be quite cold in the winter due to where the entrance is located."
Accessibility and Convenience
Pros:
"You can access by car, with plenty of parking, or by bus from most locations in the Midlands."
"Very big car parks, excellent public transport links."
"Best to come in the morning as parking can become a problem especially for busy times of the year."
"Ample parking space and easy access to shops."
"Large indoor shopping mall with lots of outdoor shops too."
"The car park was huge with ample spaces located around the shopping centre."
"Good access for disabled shoppers!!"
Cons:
"Main gripe is the location of lifts and escalators, you have to walk to the end of the couple of halls to get to one."
"They are increasing the car parks to limit you to stay for only 4 hours!!!"
"I just messed up all the impressions of this parking place and the fact that Google maps led me around the entire shopping center."
"There are lifts to each levels however some are closed and locating the working ones was not so easy did have to ask for help I was disappointed that the mobility centre hiring out scooters no longer existed but wheelchairs are up for hire."
"The layout can leave you lost and they don't have many maps which can become frustrating!"
"Always difficult to get disabled parking place lately."
"Only downside to the place is not enough lifts for disabled and pushchairs to use."
