Animal Encounters

Pros:

• "Loved the walk through with the lemurs, wallabies and red squirrel."
• "All of the animals are so well kept and great to be able to be so close to some of them and have a hands-on experience."

• "There weren't always enough keepers around in the walkthroughs stopping adults and kids venturing from the path and harassing the animals."
• "Feeding the wallabies wasn’t very easy because they weren’t that hungry (and the food was extortionate: £2 for a tiny bag of about 15 pony nuts!)."
• "However, there were a few enclosures where we saw no creatures at all. The Red Squirrels for example so they were obviously hiding somewhere!"
• "Bit confusing in the walk in enclosures as if the animals come up to u you can't help but stroke them and I was told off!"

• "Sadly we couldn't hear anything the keeper was saying, but I just liked watching them play in the water."

• "Thease struggled with the amount of people and the queue was ridiculous you missed out on us buying food and drink as it just wasn't worth the wait."
• "The bouncy castle was really hectic, with no one keeping a check on behaviour. It was far too rough for my 3 year old and even my 8 year old ended up being pushed over at one point."

• "The old play area is closed, so maybe that will get a refurbishment more suitable to younger visitors."
• "One other minor gripe was when we arrived the main car park was full there was no signage to tell you this as you drove in."
