Site Layout and Environment

Activities and Surroundings

• "There's a lovely little forest behind the site which we enjoyed. Leeds castle is a 10 minute drive so we popped there and the kids enjoyed Go Ape."
• "Lots of attractions nearby - so it is well-placed for days out and as a stopover on the way to Dover and the Channel Tunnel."
• "The woods next to the site were perfect for walking the dog."
• "Used it for a base and went to Leeds Castle, Gillingham (royal engineers museum) Rochester cathedral and castle, Whitstable on the coast for oysters."
