Visitor Experience

Animal Enclosures and Welfare

Pros:

• "The animals have fairly big enclosures, and some even with cohabitating species (i.e. Wallabies and Emu's)."

• "There are plenty of areas to sit down across the zoo and restrooms situated at various areas of the park so you're only a short walk away when needed."

Cons:

• "When I went, even though it was on an off peak Monday there was no room in the luggage locker and all the large lockers were taken by people using them for their back packs."
• "A few of the buildings look like they need some work and a few areas closed on our visit due to works."
• "The toilets are a bit rough with loads of kids using them but at least there are plenty around the grounds."
• "Huge queues to get into the zoo shop."
